Gorgonzola, Onion and Rosemary Naan Pizza

1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup sliced onion
1 package Stonefire Tandoori Naan, Original variety
1/2 cup Alfredo pasta sauce (home-made or store-bought)
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
In small frypan, over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add onion and cook, stirring, until onion is tender. Set aside.
Place two naan on baking sheet. Spread Alfredo pasta sauce over each naan. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and place onions on top. Add Gorgonzola cheese and rosemary.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place naan on middle rack of preheated 400 F oven and heat 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese melts and crust is golden brown.
Slice and serve immediately.
