Herbed Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon Pizza

1                 package Stonefire Italian Artisan Pizza Crust

1 tbsp         extra-virgin olive oil

½ cup         softened herbed cream cheese

8 slices      smoked salmon (approx 150g 5 oz)

2 tbsp         small capers

2 tbsp         finely chopped red onion

3 tbsp         finely chopped green onion



Preheat oven to 400°F (200 °C)

  1. Brush pizza crust with olive oil.
  2. Place crust on middle rack of preheated 400°F oven.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crust is heated through, for a crispy crust place directly on rack.
  4. Remove from oven, spread cream cheese over bread, smoked salmon, capers, both onions and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil if desired.
  5. Slice and serve warm.

    Hi!So I made this lentil curry of yours, what a dilecous meal it was! There is tons left over, I’m tempted to try and freeze some?I ate it with boiled white rice.I only had brown sugar so I had to substitute. I like my curry with a little more “sauce”, I added a whole green chili with seeds and I stirred in some natural yogurt. It was anmazing! You know what else goes fantastic with this? Sliced mango! Trust me, it is a whole new taste extravaganza! Thank you for sharing this :)Saturn.
