Naan Chili Cups

  • 5-10 MIN PREP TIME

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 4-6 Mini Naan
  • chili (can be store bought or your favorite homemade recipe)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cheese, shredded
  • 3-4 jalapeños, chopped
  • 2 Green onion, chopped
  • cilantro to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • PRE heat oven to 350
  • GREASE muffin tin (oversized muffin tins work best)
  • PRESS mini naan into individual muffin cups to create cup shape (If you have trouble keeping the naan in the cup shape lay foil or parchment paper atop each naan in the muffin pan. Fill it with dried beans or pie weights to create a to keep the naan in cup shape while baking. Do not consumer beans afterwards.)
  • BAKE at 350 for about 20 minutes or until set and golden.
  • SPOON your chili into the cups
  • TOP with desired sour cream, shredded cheese, jalapeños, green onion and cilantro
  • SERVE warm
