Roast Beef Chipotle Naan Panini

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 2 Stonefire Original Mini Naan
  • 4-6 thinly sliced pieces of deli style roast beef
  • 2 slices of chipotle gouda cheese
  • ¼ cup caramelized sliced onions
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle mayo

DIRECTIONS

  • SPREAD the chipotle mayo on the inside of one piece of Naan.
  • PLACE the cheese slices on the other piece of Naan bread.
  • ADD slices of roast beef and caramelized onions then place both pieces of bread together.
  • COOK in a panini pan or frying pan over medium heat until the sandwiches are warmed through and the cheese begins to melt.
  • CUT in half and serve.
