Stonefire Mini Naan Butter Chicken and Rice Tacos

WHAT YOU NEED
- 4 Stonefire Mini Naan
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 cup prepared butter chicken in sauce (or panner and peas and mushrooms for a vegetarian option)
- 1 cups cooked basmati Rice
- Fresh chopped cilantro for garnish
- Thinly sliced onion for garnish
- PREHEAT Grill.
- MIX the Butter chicken and rice together in a bowl, warm, and set aside.
- BRUSH Mini Naan with Olive oil and toast on the grill till warm and slightly charred.
- REMOVE Mini Naan from Grill and top half with the butter sauce and rice mixture (bubble side down), fold, garnish with sliced onion and chopped cilantro and serve.
