WHAT YOU NEED

  • 4 Stonefire Mini Naan
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup prepared butter chicken in sauce (or panner and peas and mushrooms for a vegetarian option)
  • 1 cups cooked basmati Rice
  • Fresh chopped cilantro for garnish
  • Thinly sliced onion for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  • PREHEAT Grill.
  • MIX the Butter chicken and rice together in a bowl, warm, and set aside.
  • BRUSH Mini Naan with Olive oil and toast on the grill till warm and slightly charred.
  • REMOVE Mini Naan from Grill and top half with the butter sauce and rice mixture (bubble side down), fold, garnish with sliced onion and chopped cilantro and serve.
