Experience a unique twist with our Potato Pizza on StonefireĀ® Naan. Quick to prepare and delightful to devour, it’s a fresh take on a beloved classic.
Ingredients

- 1 StonefireĀ® Pizza Crust
- 1 Ā½ Tbsp of olive oil
- 2-3 potatoes – thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp of rosemary
Directions
- Slice potatoes. Rinse, drain, & pat potatoes dry using some paper towels.
- Brush some olive oil onto the crust.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and cover pizza with potato slices. Next, sprinkle with more cheese and lay additional potato slices to cover any open spaces.
- Finally, sprinkle with more cheese, a touch more olive oil, and garnish with freshly chopped rosemary.
- Bake it for approximately 12 minutes at 375Ā°F. Then, broil for a few additional minutes to achieve golden brown colour. Enjoy!
*Potatoes come in different sizes so you may use less or more than what the recipe calls for.
