Ingredients

  • 1 StonefireĀ® Pizza Crust
  • 1 Ā½ Tbsp of olive oil
  • 2-3 potatoes – thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp of rosemary

Directions

  1. Slice potatoes. Rinse, drain, & pat potatoes dry using some paper towels.
  2. Brush some olive oil onto the crust.
  3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and cover pizza with potato slices. Next, sprinkle with more cheese and lay additional potato slices to cover any open spaces.
  4. Finally, sprinkle with more cheese, a touch more olive oil, and garnish with freshly chopped rosemary.
  5. Bake it for approximately 12 minutes at 375Ā°F. Then, broil for a few additional minutes to achieve golden brown colour. Enjoy!
    *Potatoes come in different sizes so you may use less or more than what the recipe calls for.
