The Toppings
Anything goes! Pull up a menu from your favorite gourmet pizza place to get some fun ideas outside of the classics but go with whatever sounds good to you!
Here are some ideas:
Sauces- Tomato sauce, pesto, white sauce, BBQ sauce or even try something sweet like a fig spread.
Cheese- Fresh mozzarella, shredded Italian blend cheese, crumbled goat cheese, fresh parmesan flakes, gorgonzola, feta, ricotta.
Toppings- Prosciutto, pepperoni, Italian sausage, chicken, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, olives, sliced figs, spinach, arugula, fresh basil leaves, rosemary, pineapple, roasted garlic, peppers.
Finishing Touches- Olive oil, balsamic vinegar glaze, red pepper flakes, oregano, hot honey, ranch dressing.
COOKING YOUR PIZZAS
On the grill – Preheat grill to 400 degrees F. Place Pizza Crust or Naan directly on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes until crust is golden brown.
In the oven – Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place Pizza Crust or Naan directly on the rack and cook for 5-7 minutes until crust is golden brown. For a softer crust, place on baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes.
In an air fryer- Preheat to 400 degrees F. Place Pizza Crust or Naan into air fryer cook for 4-6 minutes until crust is golden brown.

- Choose a variety of interesting toppings that would go with the various sauces you will have out.

Dill Pickle Pizza
You’ll need…
- Stonefire® Artisan Thin Pizza
- 1/3 cup of ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup pickles
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
- 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese
- Chili flakes, to taste
- Fresh dill, to garnish
To make
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Spread ranch dressing over pizza.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until cheeses melt and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, top with pickles, fresh dill and red pepper flakes.
Spicy Kimchi Pizza
You’ll need…
- Stonefire® Artisan Thin Pizza
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1/3 cup of pizza sauce
- 1/3 cup of kimchi
- 3-4 baby bok choy
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese
- fresh cilantro, to garnish
- sesame seeds, to taste
To make
- Preheat oven to 400
- Brush crust with sesame oil. Spread pizza sauce mixture over pizza.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until cheeses melt and the crust is golden brown.
- Add bok choy and kimchi to a skillet over medium heat. cook 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, top with kimchi, bok choy, fresh cilantro and sesame seeds.
Thai Pineapple Pizza
You’ll need
- Stonefire® Artisan Thin Pizza
- 1/3 cup of pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup of pineapple
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
- 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese
- Thai basil, to garnish
- Chopped peanuts, to garnish
- Sesame seeds, to taste
To make
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Spread pizza sauce over pizza.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan. Layer on mushrooms, pineapple and jalapeño. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until cheeses melt and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, top with thai basil, chopped peanuts, green onions
Blackberry Basil Pizza
- Stonefire® Artisan Thin Pizza
- 1/4 cup of pesto
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
- 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup of goat cheese
- Fresh basil, to garnish
- Chili flakes, to taste
To make
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- In a food processor blend together pesto and ricotta cheese until smooth. Spread pesto mixture over pizza.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan. Layer on blackberries and goat cheese. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until cheeses melt and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, top with fresh basil and sprinkle with chili flakes
