Prosciutto Caprese Milano Pizza

A fresh, Italian-inspired pizza topped with delicate prosciutto, juicy cherry tomatoes, and melted mozzarella on a crispy Stonefire® Milano crust. Finished with fragrant basil, it’s a simple yet elevated take on a classic Caprese combination.
Ingredients
- 1 Stonefire® Milano Pizza Crust
- ½ cup pizza sauce or crushed tomatoes
- ¾ cup shredded or fresh mozzarella
- 6–8 cherry tomatoes, halved (mixed colors if available)
- 3–4 slices prosciutto
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Optional: pinch of red chili flakes or drizzle of balsamic glaze
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the Milano crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
2. Spread sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border for the edge.
3. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly, then scatter cherry tomatoes over top.
4. Bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden and crisp.
5. Remove from oven and layer prosciutto over the hot pizza.
6. Finish with fresh basil, a drizzle of olive oil, and optional chili flakes or balsamic glaze.
7. Slice and serve immediately.
