1 package Stonefire® Garlic Mini Naan2 cups shredded cheddar cheese blend (or blend of choice)½ cup garlic butter (store bought or homemade)1 green onion finely sliced (green and white part).

Preheat oven to 400⁰ FLine an 8 inch cast iron pan with parchment paperCut each naan into 4 for a total of 16 piecesButter each naan piece and place 4 in a layer around the base of the panTop with some shredded cheese and a small amount of green onionRepeat the layers until all of the pieces are used – there should be 4 layersSave a small amount of cheese and green onions to put on top of the pull apart when it comes out of the ovenPlace in oven and bake for 7-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starting to brownRemove from oven, top with remaining cheese and green onions and serve – wrap a tea towel around the pan handle as it will be hot to the touch.
