Ingredients

  • 8 Stonefire® Caramelized Onion Naan Rounds 
  • 2-3 tablespoons butter
  • 4slices Swiss cheese 
  • 1-2 cups sauerkraut, drained
  • 4 Tbsp Thousand Island dressing
  • 16 slices pastrami 
  • Sliced pickles for garnish

Directions

  • Toast Naan Rounds according to package directions.
  • Spread butter on toasted Naan Round and then add cheese, sliced pastrami, sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing. 
  • Serve warm with a sliced pickle garnish on top.
