Caesar Turkey Naan Wraps

Grab a bite of our Caesar Turkey Naan Wraps. Filled with juicy turkey and paired with Stonefire® Naan, it’s the quick and easy meal solution for those on the go.
Ingredients
You will need….
- 2 pounds of ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp of olive oil
- 1 chopped onion – sautéed
- 3 cloves of chopped garlic – sautéed
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp of oregano
- 1 tsp of cumin
- Salt to taste
- 1 cucumber – peeled & diced
- 1 Romaine lettuce – washed, chopped into bite size pieces
- 1 cup of Caesar dressing – you can find recipe in my feed @dacunhaskitchen
- Parmigiano Reggiano shavings to garnish
- 1/2 cup of croutons – add more if you wish
- 6 Stonefire® Original Naan
Directions
- In a small pan with olive oil, sauté onion & garlic & set aside.
- Into a bowl, add turkey, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, spices & herbs. Mix until well combined.
- Form oval patties and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper – approximately 3/4 cup for each one, which will make 6 patties.
- Before grilling, brush your grill with some olive oil.
- Place turkey patties on grill. Grill them on both sides until they are golden brown & cooked through. Grill naan for a few seconds to achieve some grill marks.
- Place naan onto a sheet of parchment paper. Add some Caesar salad to your naan.
- Add turkey, garnish with Caesar dressing, diced cucumber & cheese shavings. Wrap it up & enjoy every delicious bite!
