Directions

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: Mix together flour, ½ tablespoon paprika, salt and pepper. Coat the chicken cutlets in the flour mixture. Heat butter and olive oil (you can also use the sun-dried tomato oil from the jar) in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  2. Make the Sauce: In the same pan, sauté minced garlic, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, smoked paprika, chili flakes, and oregano for a couple of minutes. Add chicken stock and heavy whipping cream, stirring well. Grate in the Parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Return the chicken to the pan, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the chicken and let the sauce thicken for another 5 minutes if needed.
  3. Serve with Stonefire Original Naan: Warm the naan according to the package instructions. Serve the chicken over rice, pasta or with vegetables. Dip the naan into the flavorful sauce! Enjoy!
