Ingredients
- Stonefire® Mini Naan (1 piece)
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- Everything But The Bagel seasoning (EBTB)
- Green onions or chives, for garnish
- Chili oil (optional)
Directions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 9-12 minutes. Once done, transfer eggs to a bowl of cold water to cool before peeling.
- Toast the Stonefire Mini Naan in the toaster or oven according to package instructions until lightly golden brown.
- While the naan is toasting, slice the ripe avocado into thin slices.
- Once the naan is toasted, Arrange the avocado slices on top of the naan. Generously sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning over the avocado slices. Grate the hard-boiled eggs using a box grater or a fine grater. Garnish with green onions or chives. For an extra kick of flavor, drizzle chili oil over the top (optional). Be mindful of the spice level and adjust accordingly!
