- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken, cubed
- 2 tbsp. hot sauce or buffalo sauce
- 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ½ tsp. chili flakes
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the Stonefire® Milano Style Sourdough Pizza Crust on a baking sheet or directly on the oven rack. In a bowl, toss the cooked chicken with hot sauce until evenly coated. Lightly brush the edge of the crust with olive oil to help it turn golden and crisp. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border for the edge. Sprinkle mozzarella over the sauce, then top with the saucy chicken, jalapeño, and red onion. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edge is golden and crisp. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chili flakes, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Slice and serve immediately. .
