Ingrédients

  • 1 Stonefire® Pizza Crust
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½–¾ cup Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread
  • ¼ cup crushed candy canes
  • ¼ cup peppermint chips
  • Prepared meringue or marshmallow meringue (for piping)
  • Crushed graham crackers or gingerbread cookies, for finishing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Brush the Stonefire pizza crust evenly with melted butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle generously over the crust.
  3. Bake directly on the oven rack or a baking sheet for 8–10 minutes, until golden and lightly crisp.
  4. Remove from the oven and immediately spread Nutella evenly over the warm crust.
  5. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes and peppermint chips.
  6. Pipe meringue over the top in swirls or dollops.
