In a food processor, blend ricotta, feta (if using), olive oil, lemon juice, and honey until light and creamy. Season with black pepper to taste. Set aside or chill until ready to use.Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss strawberries with balsamic, honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 15–20 minutes, until soft, jammy. Let cool slightly.Increase oven temp to 400°F. Brush naan dippers with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 2–3 minutes, just until warmed and lightly crisp.Spread each naan dipper with whipped ricotta. Top with a few roasted strawberries. Finish with fresh mint and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
