Ingredients.
1 Stonefire® Artisan Flatbread2 tbsp. of apricot jam4 oz. brie, sliced 1/2 cup fresh blueberries1 tsp. of olive oilPinch of flaky salt3–4 slices prosciuttoFresh thyme leaves or basil, for garnishPistachio nuts, chopped .
Directions.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place your Stonefire® flatbread on a baking sheet.Brush some olive oil and the apricot jam generously over the flatbread. Arrange slices of brie across the top. Scatter the blueberries evenly over everything. Sprinkle with a tiny pinch of flaky salt.Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the brie is melted and bubbling, and the blueberries look like they’ve just started to burst.Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Drape prosciutto over the top while the cheese is still warm but not piping hot. Sprinkle with fresh thyme or torn basil and chopped pistachios Slice and serve warm or at room temp. Enjoy!
