1 Stonefire® Artisan Pizza Crust½ cup Alfredo sauce1 cup sautéed Portobello Mushrooms1 cup oven roasted or semi dried tomatoes (sundried will also work)1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese½ cup grated parmesan cheese1 cup baby spinachFresh thymeSalt and pepper to taste.

- ½ cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup sautéed Portobello Mushrooms
- 1 cup oven roasted or semi dried tomatoes (sundried will also work)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach
- Fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions.
Directions
Set oven to 400°F (200°C).Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over the pizza crust.Add sautéed mushrooms and roasted tomatoes, then sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan. Top with baby spinach and a few sprigs of fresh thyme. Season with salt and pepper.Place pizza on a baking sheet or directly on the oven rack and bake for 7–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is golden.Serve: Remove from oven, slice, and enjoy warm.
