2 Stonefire® Flatbreads½ cup corn (fresh, canned, or thawed frozen) ½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed ¼ cup diced red bell pepper ¼ cup diced red onion ¼ cup crumbled feta or cotija cheese 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tsp. lime juice ½ tsp. chili powder or smoked paprika Salt & pepper, to taste Lime wedges, for serving.

- ½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup crumbled feta or cotija cheese
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- ½ tsp. chili powder or smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Lime wedges, for serving

Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place Flatbreadon a baking sheet.In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, andchili powder. Spread evenly over each naan.3. Top with corn, black beans, red pepper, and redonion.4. Bake for 6-8 minutes, and toppings are heated through.5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with feta (orcotija) and fresh cilantro.6. Slice, finish with a squeeze of lime, and serveimmediately.
