1-2 pkgs Stonefire Naan Dippers2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (or cheddar or Pepper Jack)2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (or cooked chicken)¼ cup BBQ sauce mixed with 2 teaspoons of chipotle peppers in adobo1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained¼ C salsa verdeToppings:1 avocado, cubed2 scallions, thinly sliced½ cup chopped cilantro1 jalapeño, thinly sliced½ cup sour creamSalsa verde, for serving.

Directions
Preheat to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment.In a medium bowl, combine chicken and chipotle bbq sauce Spread Stonefire Naan Dippers across the sheet pan. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the dippers. Add beans and salsa verde. Sprinkle generously with cheese.Transfer to the oven and bake 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.Scatter avocado, scallions, cilantro, and jalapeño over the warm nachos. Add dollops of sour cream and serve right away with additional salsa verde on the side.
