1 Package Stonefire® Whole Grain Naan12 large cubes of tender Beef (tenderloin works well)12 large Zucchini cubes24 Mini button mushrooms12 Red pepper cubes12 Yellow peppers1 Tbsp Olive OilCreamy ranch dressing to drizzle.

- 24 Mini button mushrooms
- 12 Red pepper cubes
- 12 Yellow peppers
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Creamy ranch dressing to drizzle

Preheat BBQ to Med high heatMake the skewers – using 4 metal or bamboo skewers add the meat and vegetables, alternating to have even amounts.Brush with olive oil and place on preheated grill. Grill till the beef reaches desired doneness.Warm the Naan on the BBQ just before serving. Place the Naan on the plate and top with 2 skewers, drizzle with Ranch dressing.Serve warm.
