1 pack of Stonefire Original NaanLong-grain rice, cookedChicken breast, cooked, sliced or dicedRed onion, dicedCucumber, dicedCherry tomatoes, halvedRoasted chickpeas (optional)Feta cheese crumbledTzatziki sauceGarnish with mintFor the Greek dressing:1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons red wine vinegar1 teaspoon dried oregano1/2 teaspoon dried basilSalt and pepper to taste.
- 1 pack of Stonefire Original Naan
- Long-grain rice, cooked
- Chicken breast, cooked, sliced or diced
- Red onion, diced
- Cucumber, diced
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Roasted chickpeas (optional)
- Feta cheese crumbled
- Tzatziki sauce
- Garnish with mint
- For the Greek dressing:
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Start by preparing the cooked rice and chicken breast. Cook them according to your preferred method (baking, grilling, etc.) or use leftovers.To serve, place the rice in a bowl and top with red onion, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and roasted chickpeas. Add the cooked chicken breast. Sprinkle crumbled feta and fresh mint and a spoonful of tzatziki sauce.Pour the Greek dressing over the rice mixture. Serve with a size of warm Stonefire naan. Yummy!
