Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the Stonefire® Artisan Thin Pizza Crusts on a baking sheet, or directly on the oven rack for an extra-crisp base. Lightly brush the edges of each crust with olive oil to help them turn golden and crisp. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each crust, leaving a small border for the edge. Sprinkle mozzarella (and cheddar or Parmesan, if used) evenly over the sauce. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the thin crust is golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with oregano. Slice and serve immediately.
