Stonefire® Original or Protein Naan Rounds 3 eggs 1 cup fresh spinach ¼ cup roasted red peppers, sliced 2 tbsp. thinly sliced red onion 1 tbsp. butter or olive oil Salt & pepper, to taste .

Directions
Warm the Stonefire® Original or Protein Naan Rounds in a toaster or pan for 1-2 minutes until soft. In a pan over medium heat, add a little butter and sauté the spinach until wilted, about 1-2 minutes. Set aside. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Scramble in the same pan over medium heat until just set. Layer scrambled eggs, sautéed spinach, roasted red peppers, and red onion on the bottom of naan. Add a second naan and repeat the layers for a double stack, if desired. Top with the final round, press gently, and serve immediately. .
