2 Stonefire® Naan Rounds 8 oz. steak 1 large onion, thinly sliced 1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. olive oil Handful of arugula Salt & pepper, to taste ¼ cup mayonnaise 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. lemon juice .

- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Handful of arugula
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, garlic, and lemon juice to make the aioli. Set aside. Heat butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes until soft and caramelized. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a separate pan over medium-high heat and cook the steak 3-4 minutes per side for medium. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly. Warm the Stonefire® Naan Rounds for 1-2 minutes until soft, then slice in half. Spread garlic aioli on the bottom half of each naan. Layer on the sliced steak, caramelized onions, and arugula. Top with the other half, press gently, and serve immediately with fries.
