Ingredients
- Stonefire® Naan Dippers®
- 1 cup corn
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions or chives
- 1 tbsp finely diced red pepper (optional)
- 1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional, for heat)
- Salt & pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Stir in corn, shredded cheese, green onions, and red pepper (if using).
4. Transfer mixture to a small baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
6. Remove from oven and top with sliced jalapeño and extra green onions if desired.
7. Warm Stonefire® Naan Dippers® for 1-2 minutes and serve alongside the dip.
