2 Stonefire® Ancient Grain Mini Naan½ cup hummus1 avocado, sliced½ cup cucumber, thinly sliced2–3 radishes, thinly slicedHandful of microgreens1 tsp olive oilSalt & pepper, to tasteOptional: squeeze of lemon juice or pinch of chili flakes.

- ½ cup hummus
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ½ cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2–3 radishes, thinly sliced
- Handful of microgreens
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Optional: squeeze of lemon juice or pinch of chili flakes

Directions
Warm the Stonefire® Ancient Grain Mini Naan in a toaster or oven for 3–5 minutes until soft and lightly golden.Spread hummus evenly over each naan.Layer avocado slices, cucumber, and radishes on top.Finish with microgreens.Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.Add a squeeze of lemon or chili flakes if desired.Serve immediately.
