2 Stonefire® Original Naan Rounds 1-2 tbsp. basil pesto 2 strips turkey bacon 1 egg Handful of microgreens or arugula 1 tsp. olive oil or butter Salt & pepper, to taste .

Directions.
Directions
Warm the Stonefire® Naan Rounds in a toaster or pan for 1-2 minutes until soft and lightly golden. In a pan over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crisp; set aside. In the same pan, add olive oil or butter and fry the egg to your preference, seasoning with salt and pepper. Spread pesto evenly over the bottom half of the naan round Layer on the fried egg, turkey bacon, and microgreens. Top with another Naan Round, press gently, and serve immediately.
