Preheat the oven to 350°F.Place the naan into an 8-inch baking dish or small cast iron skillet, gently pressing it so it forms a shallow crust along the sides.Crack the eggs directly onto the naan and add the cottage cheese. Whisk with a fork until mostly smooth. Add the cherry tomatoes, spinach, chives, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle plenty of mozzarella over the top.Bake for about 20 minutes, until the eggs are set and the edges of the naan are lightly golden. Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
